You can start this by committing to the following…
- Start your day in a space of being grateful.
You could take a notepad and write a list of things you are grateful for.
Another great idea is to say thank you after each thing you do.
For example, as you walk say thank you after each step.
- Take a one-minute workout.
I know that seems small, but it will activate you to do more!
The goal is to get the body going and flowing.
By the way, it is healthy for you.
- Educate yourself for 10 minutes.
Whatever that thing is that you enjoy doing take time to learn more about it.
Get the reps in on sharping the sword.
The people you serve will love you for it.
